Liquid Motion is a small privately-owned company. Because of this, we are able to give extra attention to each one of our clients. It is also because of this, that we do not allow refunds of any kind. However, you are allowed one transfer to another registration date. See below for terms.
Terms of Transfer:
Each client is allowed one (1) transfer of registration date for any live in-person or live virtual training. Transfers are only available for the registered individual; no transfers between individuals will be allowed. Multiple transfers are not allowed; failure to attend the transferred registration date will result in forfeiture of any paid registration fees.
Transferring individuals will be put on a waitlist for their chosen date. Client will be notified 14 days prior to their chosen training date if there is space available. Client can request earlier notification up to one month if travel arrangements are necessary, but it is up to the client to contact Liquid Motion for this information.
All online self-guided trainings are non-transferable and nonrefundable.
All transfers must be requested no later than 14 days prior to their original scheduled training date. Each transfer will incur a $40 administrative transfer fee. Clients will be invoiced for this fee, which must be paid within 48 hours or client will forfeit the right to transfer.
Transfer requests within 14 days of their scheduled training due to injury or illness must include a signed doctor’s note upon cancellation.
Clients who forfeit their certification credit due to multiple transfer attempts are responsible for returning all purchased hard-copy training materials (manuals, tank tops, etc.) within 14 days of cancellation. Clients who return their training materials will receive a full refund for the cost of the purchased training materials, provided the materials are in resell condition (no markings or damage).
Clients who do not return certification materials will be invoiced for the full retail cost of their registered training based on current market value.
Clients who have purchased multiple certifications must have completed their 1.0 training before they are able to attend Liquid Motion’s other certification offerings. Client must take this into consideration at time of any rescheduling requests. If a client request to reschedule a 1.0 training and the requested date occurs after a pre-registered training date for 2.0, Heels, or Pole certification, the client will automatically be put onto a waitlist for applicable trainings.
If a client purchases any exclusive on-demand intensive as an add-on at check out for their transferred registration, the applicable intensive will be paused until a new training date is selected.
Liquid Motion reserves the right to use its discretion to determine whether to make refunds and/or deferrals in exceptional circumstances which fall outside our terms and conditions.
If a deposit has been made, you may transfer this deposit to another training. However, deposits will not be refunded. and are subject to the rebooking fee and all terms listed above.
If you have attended the training, no refunds will be given.
Access to digital content including but not limited to electronic manuals, online course and online study materials will be revoked upon client cancellation.
Your order of a training course is personal to you, and you will not be permitted to transfer your enrollment on a training to any other student.
It is not recommended that studios purchase trainings for their subcontractors or staff, as the training belongs to the legal name that is registered under the training, NOT THE STUDIO.
Where you have purchased multiple of trainings and you cancel or defer one or more of those trainings, each training which you cancel or defer will be treated separately and the relevant cancellation and deferral terms and administration costs will apply.
In the event of LIQUID MOTION cancelling a training, we will endeavor to inform with 10 days’ notice; however the training may be cancelled any time up to 5 days prior. If the training is cancelled, reschedules are NOT permitted, only then will refunds or referrals be offered. However no reimbursements for flights, accommodation or loss of earning will be accepted.
In the event of LIQUID MOTION postpones and reschedules a training, we will endeavor to inform with 10 days’ notice. However the training may be postponed and rescheduled any time up to 5 days prior. If the training is postponed and rescheduled, NO refunds will be offered. However Liquid Motion will hold the client’s registration credit for a maximum of three years.
